Recently launched a small portfolio website for my uncle’s boutique woodworking business called Howat Fine Woodworking.
He’s based in Sequim and provides master quality woodworking services to his clients. He’s been in the business for 30+ years, and is at the top of his game.
He recently decided to get involved in the web-world, and I offered to get him a site and get him started online. I created a simple design focused on the work, and not on adding a bunch of content. There is a prominant flash gallery that showcases his work in the home-page and a Flicker that he will update from time-to-time as he completes work.
HFWW has not done any web-advertising, so we setup Google Analytics to track our visitors and inbound links to the site, and also to make sure that any advertising dollars he was spending were properly tracked.
Looking forward to seeing some results from the site and if you live in Washington state and need a great set of cabinets or other fine woodworking, you know who to call!
